Privacy Statement

We never sell or give away any private information about you to anyone, not even the software companies we represent. So, you will not get a lot of Spam from the purchases you make with us. We will also not abuse this information by sending you lots of marketing fluff. We will only send you good technical information and product information that is important. If at any time, you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know and we will immediately remove you. We do not want to bother you with lots of worthless marketing information.

Buying Policy

Our special discount prices are available to user group members and their guests. If you are not a member of a user group, I would encourage you to find and attend a user group meeting in your area. I'm sure you can find one near you.

While you are looking at the products we have to offer you, click on the button next to any product that interests you to add it to your shopping cart. When you have all of the products you want in the shopping cart, complete your order by clicking on the Cart button under our picture.

Our products can be ordered as a download. Our Starter Guides provide detailed instructions on how to easily download the products to your computer, so a CD is not needed. If you have problems downloading and installing a product, send us an email with details about your problem and we will reply to assist you. That will save you the expense and delay of mailing the CDs to you. 

All orders are processed manually offline, so delivery of downloaded items may take up to 24 hours to be received and processed. Normally, this is handled in a much shorter period of time. 

Prices are shown in USA dollars only. We will charge your credit card that amount in USA dollars. The conversion to your local currency is done by your credit card company and not by us. If you are concerned about the conversion rate they give you, you need to contact your credit card company and not us. We accept the following credit cards only -- Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.

We offer a full refund of your purchase price within 30 days if you are not happy with the products. Since we will be closing our business at the end of 2024, all returns must be completed by 12/31/24. Please contact us at gene@ugr7.com if you want to return an item and we will tell you how to do this. It may be as easy as emailing us back the serial number of the product.

Our products are intended to be sold to user group members or their guests. Those visiting this website are considered guests of user groups. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone at any time without giving a reason.
